We are a small team of 10 people based in the heart of Berlin, in the green Gleisdreieckpark.

Besides popeia, we have a second brand: KLEKKS. With Klekks, we launch a new artistic blanket every month, bringing color into your home. All blankets are made from 100% natural materials and produced in the EU. 

Goal of the role

We are looking for support in Influencer Marketing.

As a Junior Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and developing our pool of creators. You will work closely with our marketing team and help build strong collaborations and implement and monitor content together with creators.

Your focus will be on identifying the right creators for the popeia & KLEKKS brands, building relationships, and managing content to ensure it is on-brand and performant.

Your areas of responsibility? 👩💻

    • Continuous support & relationship management of our influencer & creator pool (with a focus on variable collaborations)

    • Building the pool through research and selection of suitable on-brand creators

    • Independent search, outreach, acquisition, and coordination of creators for launches, campaigns, and specials

    • Briefing of creators and coordination of content ideas and implementations

    • Ensuring that content is visually and linguistically on-brand

    • Evaluation of collaborations and derivation of learnings

    • Interaction with creators on Instagram (DMs, relationship management)

    • Close collaboration with Marketing and Supply Chain

What you should bring?💪

    • You are communicative and have a good instinct for dealing with people

    • You work proactively and enjoy taking on responsibility

    • You enjoy building networks and cultivating relationships

    • Structured and reliable way of working, even with many parallel collaborations

    • You are naturally active on Instagram and understand which creators and content work

    • First experience in influencer marketing, social media, or communication is a plus – but not a must

    • Very good German language skills (ideally native or bilingual)
