Who’s popeia?

At popeia, our mission is to give the most essential everyday wardrobe companions an upgrade - sustainably, fairly produced, and always with that special something. With every order in our online shop, we donate a fresh pair of socks to women in need.

popeia stands for empathy - on multiple levels. From community-driven product development to respectful communication, we value interactions on equal footing with customers, business partners, and within our team.

We are a small team of 7 people based in the heart of Berlin, right in a green spot near Gleisdreieck.

Role Objective

You will support the Product & Supply Chain Manager in developing new products - from the first idea to launch. This includes:

  • Conducting product-specific surveys with our customers

  • Assisting with product photoshoots

  • Designing product placement in the online shop

  • Operational support for reordering All-Time Favorites

  • Coordinating deliveries

Goal: Excite our customers with real staple pieces and convince them of our quality.

Details:

  • Part-time, with fair pay

  • Reporting to: Product & Supply Chain Manager (Lisa)

  • Start: From early January (flexible), 10–15 hours/week

  • Location: Berlin (in-office)

Responsibilities

💖 Product Management

  • Conducting product surveys in coordination with the Social Media team

  • Coordinating product photoshoots

  • Product setup on Shopify and partner platforms

📦 Supply Chain Management

  • Supporting inventory management, including creating and placing new orders with suppliers

  • Organizing incoming and outgoing goods

What you bring:

  • Enrolled at a university or college

  • Organizational talent with a clean, structured working style

  • A true popeia: interest in fashion and a sense for our customers

  • Confident with Google Sheets, ideally some experience with Shopify

  • Fluent in German and English
