Exchanging an item for another long sleeve shirt is no problem at all.

The only important thing for the discount is that you keep at least 2 long sleeve shirts after the exchange or return.

Outside the EU, we deliver to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Please note: Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, which are your responsibility.

Within Germany and Switzerland, your order will be shipped with DHL. Within the EU (including the United Kingdom), your order will be shipped with UPS.

We pack your order as quickly as possible. Within Germany, it typically takes 2-3 business days from the time you place your order for your basics to arrive.

Special launch promotions or shipments abroad may take a few days longer.

Shipments within Europe take approximately 3-5 business days from the time you place your order (with UPS).

We want you to love your basics 100%. If this is not the case, you can easily register your products via our returns portal and send them back to us within 14 days.

Returns: You can create a paid DHL or UPS return label directly via our returns portal. For returns from Germany, the return shipping costs are €4.50. This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can of course arrange the return shipment yourself and send the package to the address provided in the portal.

Exchanges: If you want to exchange your product (e.g., for a different size or model), we will cover the shipping costs for your new product. In Germany, exchanges are completely free of charge for you.
