FAQ

Our biggest special of the year 🌈 Get a free gift with your order:

🧦 From €50: a pair of socks of your choice
🧡 From €120: a long-sleeved shirt of your choice
💛 From €170: a Kindness Sweater
📦 From €75: free shipping in DE/AT

In Switzerland, the gift thresholds apply in CHF. While supplies last.

As soon as you reach the minimum order value, you can select your free gift directly in the shopping cart under "Choose your free gift!". You do not need a discount code.

There is one free gift per order. From €170, you can also choose a long-sleeved shirt instead of the sweater. Sets are excluded from the free gift offer.

Before paying, check your order overview to make sure your free gift is included. If it’s missing, simply go back to your shopping cart and select it there.

Your free gift cannot be exchanged. If your order total falls below the minimum order value due to a return, we will deduct the regular price of the free gift from your refund.

We’re especially busy during the Colorful Weeks. Your order will usually arrive in 4–6 business days (Germany) or 5–7 business days (other countries). Thank you for your patience! 🧡
